摘要 采用熔体快淬技术和热处理制备出了具有较高低温MnBi相含量和高温磁性能优异的MnBi条带合金,其在500K时的矫顽力可达1 297.48kA/m。重点对MnBi合金微观结构和影响回复曲线张开的因素进行了分析和讨论。回复曲线研究表明,MnBi永磁合金回复曲线的张开归因于合金内部不均匀分布的物相所导致的磁各向异性的不均匀分布。随后通过球磨工艺改善了物相的不均匀分布,回复曲线逐渐呈现闭合状态。有关回复曲线闭合程度的结论可为判断MnBi合金中物相是否均匀分布提供一定的依据。 MnBi ribbons were prepared by melt spinning technique followed by heat treatment. The high purity MnBi ribbons with the remanence magnetization of 29.0 A·m 2/kg were achieved, and a maximum coercivity value of 1 297.48 kA/m at 500 K can be obtained. Open recoil loops for MnBi alloy have never been reported and are worthy of investigation. It was found that the non-uniform distribution of the microstructure could produce a non-negligible local demagnetization field with non-uniform distribution and resulted in open recoil loops. By improving the non-uniform distribution of the microstructure in the ball mill process, and nearly closed recoil loops can be achieved. The results of this work may provide some basis for determine whether the distribution of MnBi alloy is uniform or not.
