摘要
熊冲隧道属于梧州市环城高速建设隧道之一,开挖掘进爆破工艺为光面爆破。隧道全长1500m左右,设计遂址区位于岩层断层区段,岩体比较破碎节理裂隙发育,受围岩岩性影响,爆破效果并不理想。为了优化爆破孔网参数,提高生产效率及经济效益,在现场做多次对比试验,对破碎性围岩隧道光面爆破技术进行试验研究。爆破后超欠挖控制在10~20cm以内,半孔率达到68%以上,试验效果显著。分析试验数据取得了合理的孔网参数,合理周边孔距为50~55cm。
Xiong-Chong tunnel belongs to Wuzhou city high speed construction of tunnel. The blasting process is smooth blasting. The length of the tunnel is about 1500 m. Affected by surrounding rock lithology, the blasting effect is not ideal. In order to optimize the parameters of blasting hole net, improve production efficiency and economic benefits, several contrast tests are done on the spot, and experimental study on broken rock tunnel smooth blasting technology is carried out. The control of over and under excavation after blasting is within 10 ~ 20 cm. The half hole rate is more than 68%. The effect is remarkable. Through analysis of the test data, reasonable hole net parameter is obtained. The reasonable perimeter distance is 50~55 cm.
