摘要
重庆市于2010年开始实施公租房政策,近8年来已累积建成3555.9万平方米,对重庆市居民基本生活保障和经济发展起到了积极的作用。然而随着建成规模的扩大,其对应管理、运营等问题也日益突显。本文首先利用灰色预测理论对重庆市公租房建成总规模进行预测和分析,其次以建成规模的趋势为基础对公租房对应的管理运营政策进行分析和研究,最终对重庆市未来公租房管理运营政策提出了相应的建议。
Chongqing City began to implement public rental housing policies in 2010. It has accumulated 35.559 million square meters in the past eight years, which has played a positive role in guaranteeing the basic living and economic development of Chongqing. However,with the expansion of the scale of construction, problems of management and operation have become increasingly prominent. This paper firstly uses the grey prediction theory to forecast and analyze the total scale of public rental housing construction in Chongqing. Secondly, it analyzes and studies the management and operation policies of public rental housing based on the trend of the scale of completion, and ultimately puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future management and operation policies of public rental housing in Chongqing.
