摘要
在国家大力推进"多规合一"编制及信息化管理,要求"以主体功能区规划为基础统筹各类空间规划"的大环境下,本文以门头沟区为例,从"全要素数据汇聚与共享、落实产业规划精准管理、整合多规专项应用"等角度出发,探索实践发改统筹建设的多规合一信息平台,以期为区县级多规合一信息化管理应用提供有利的参考。
In the national environment for the development of ＂multi-planning-in-one＂ and informatization management and the requirement to ＂to coordinate all kinds of spatial planning based on the planning of main functional areas＂, this article takes Mentougou District as an example, explores the coordinated construction ＂multi-planning-in-one＂ information platform of Development and Reform Commission from full-factor data aggregation and sharing, implementation of precise management of industrial planning and integration of specific applications for multiple regulations, with a view to providing favorable reference for the application of multi-planning-in-one informatization management.
