系统动态响应下的自由曲面铣削表面形貌预测模型 被引量:1

Surface Topography Prediction Model for Free-form Surface Milling under System Dynamic Response

摘要 目前国内外对平面加工表面形貌的预测模型研究较多,由于曲面模型的复杂性(尤其是无法用解析式表达的自由曲面),对曲面加工表面形貌的预测模型研究极少。文章以自由曲面球头铣刀铣削为研究对象,综合考虑主轴回转偏心初始相位角、回转偏心振幅,轴向窜动的初始相位角、轴向窜动振幅等动态影响因素及铣刀齿数、加工倾角、径向切削深度、进给次数和每齿进给量等几何因素及加工参数对表面形貌的影响,建立适用于各类曲面(包括解析式曲面和非解析式曲面)的球头铣刀铣削三维表面形貌动态响应模型并进行了实例仿真。仿真结果可用于实际自由曲面铣削过程的优化,以提高铣削工件表面质量或预测给定加工参数的表面形貌。 At present, there are many researches on the surface topography prediction models for plane workpiece at home and abroad,because of the complexity of the curved surface model(especially the free-form surface that cannot be expressed in analytic formulas), the prediction model for the surface topography of the free-form surface is rarely studied. In this paper, free-form surface milling is used as the research object, a 3 D surface topography model of ball-end milling for all kinds of curved surfaces, including simple surfaces and free-form surfaces, is established and simulated by comprehensively considering the dynamic factors influence on surface topography such as spindle eccentricity initial phase angle, eccentricity amplitude, axial drift initial phase angle, axial drift amplitude and processing parameters influence on surface topography such as cutter tooth number, machining inclination, radial cutting depth, feeding frequency and feed per tooth. The simulation results can be used to optimize the milling process of the actual free-form surface to improve the workpiece surface quality or to predict the surface topography of the given machining parameters.
