摘要
建设速度快,工期紧,建筑行业逐渐成熟的特点给给投资者带来了高风险,把控好成本避免各项不必要的支出已成为一个重要环节,本文将从建设单位在招标阶段、施工及竣工结算等不同时期在成本控制中存在一些问题和控制措施进行了分析探讨,指出了成本控制一些措施及影响因素。
The characteristics of fast construction, tight construction period and gradual maturity of the construction industry bring high risks to investors. Controlling costs and avoiding unnecessary expenditures has become an important link. This article analyzes and discusses some problems and control measures in the cost control at the different stages of construction units, and points out some measures and influencing factors of cost control.
