科技型企业是创新的市场主体,是培育新兴产业的主力军。习总书记在党的十九大报告指出,"加强国家创新体系建设,强化战略科技力量。深化科技体制改革,建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研深度融合的技术创新体系,加强对中小企业创新的支持,促进科技成果转化。"作为苏南国家自主创新示范区之一,常州近年来围绕推进自主创新能力建设,大力培育创新型企业,制定了"十百千"创新型企业培育工程。本文主要分析"十百千"创新型企业培育发展现状以及对策研究。
