硫化主地沟蒸汽排凝系统改造技术运用 被引量:1

摘要 硫化机的主要工作介质是高压蒸汽、低压蒸汽、高压氮气、低压氮气、真空、压缩空气等,在整过硫化工艺控制中,高压蒸汽和低压蒸汽需要在压力恒定的情况下确保温度控制在标准的范围内,如低压蒸汽需要控制在178(+3/-2)℃的范围。由于硫化机主地沟输送距离较长,在输送过程中受环境温度的影响而产生冷凝水。如不能合理的采取疏水排放措施,必然导致温度的下降,影响硫化机工艺条件的标准达成。所以如何有效排除高压蒸汽、低压蒸汽管路内的冷凝水就显得尤为重要。 The main working medium of curing press is high pressure steam, low pressure steam, high pressure nitrogen, low pressure nitrogen, vacuum, compressed air and so on. In the control of the entire vulcanization process, high-pressure steam and low-pressure steam need to ensure that the temperature is controlled within the standard range under constant pressure. For example, low-pressure steam needs to be controlled in the range of 178(+3/-2) ℃. Due to the long distance traveled by the curing press' main ditch, condensation water is generated during the transport process due to the influence of the ambient temperature. If it is impossible to adopt reasonable drainage measures, it will inevitably lead to a drop in temperature and affect the standard of the curing press. Therefore, how to effectively eliminate the condensed water in the high-pressure steam and low-pressure steam pipeline is particularly important.
