摘要
研究了NR(天然橡胶)/BR(顺丁橡胶)共混比对磁流变弹性体(MRE)的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随着MRE中BR量的增加,正硫化时间不断延长,硫化速度下降,而硫化返原减弱。共混硫化胶的拉伸强度不断下降,断裂伸长率上升,热稳定性增加。当NR/BR为75/25时,磁流变效应达到最高。
This paper studies the effect of the blending ratio of NR(natural rubber)/BR(butadiene rubber) on the structure and properties of magneto-rheological elastomer(MRE). The results show that as the increase of BR in the MRE, the time of the optimum cure is prolonged, the curing rate is decreased, and the reversion of sulfide is weakened. The tensile strength of blended rubber decreases, the elongation at break increases, and the thermal stability increases. When NR/BR is 75/25, the magneto-rheological effect is the highest.
