摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)周围神经病变(DPN)患者与外周血25-羟维生素D_3[25-(OH)D_3]和CD4^+调节性T细胞(Tregs)的关系。方法收集42例T2DM,根据临床症状、体征及电生理检查,将患者分为28例DPN组和14例非DPN组。采用电化学发光免疫法检测T2DM DPN组和非DPN组外周血25-(OH)D_3水平;用流式细胞仪检测所有患者CD4^+Tregs变化。结果(1)DPN组25-(OH)D_3水平比非DPN组低(P<0.05);(2)两组外周血CD4^+Tregs百分比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),神经病变组患者低;(3)T2DM DPN组外周血25-(OH)D_3与CD4^+Tregs百分比呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论25-(OH)D_3和CD4^+Tregs可能与T2DM患者DPN的发生有关。
Objective To investigate potential association between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3],CD4+regulatory T cells(Tregs)in peripheral blood and patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 42 cases with type 2 diabetes were enrolled into the study;28 patients were identified as DPN and14 cases as non-DPN according to clinical symptoms,signs and electrophysiological tests.Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was performed to measure the peripheral blood 25-(OH)D3.CD4+Tregs cells was measured by flow cytometry.Results Serum levels of 25-(OH)D3 decreased significantly in DPN group when compared with non-DPN(P〈0.05).Percentage of CD4+Tregs decreased significantly in DPN group when compared with nonDPN(P〈0.05).Positive correlation between 25-(OH)D3 and percentage of CD4+Tregswas identified(P〈0.05).Conclusions Peripheral blood 25-(OH)D3 and the percentage of CD4+Tregs may be related with the occurrence of DPN in patients with T2DM.
