摘要
多系统萎缩(MSA)是目前临床上发病率较高的神经系统退行性疾病。随着对其认识的深入,治疗方法也在不断丰富。研究发现MSA主要是以肾脾肝的亏虚为主,伴随着瘀血、痰浊侵袭为标,在整个病程中虚实夹杂,先天和后天因素相互作用,最终导致此病的发生。中医在控制MSA病情进展方面突显出一定的优势,并取得了良好的临床效果。从五脏气血方面,内外兼顾,多种方法联合整体调整;从康复护理,心理辅导,调动患者积极性主动参与治疗,使患者尽快恢复健康,回归家庭。
Multiple system atrophy（MSA） is a nervous system degenerative disease with high incidence in clinical.With the deepening of understanding,its treatment methods are also getting enriched.The etiology and pathogenesis of MSA in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） mainly include kidney,spleen and liver deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.With congenital and acquired factors interacting with each other in the whole course of the disease,they eventually lead to the disease.TCM has gained a good clinical effect in controlling the progress of MSA.Firstly,from five zang-organs,qi and blood,the internal and external balance,we combine variety of ways to adjust the body;then,through the rehabilitation nursing,psychological counseling,the patients take part in the treatment actively to restore health and return to the family as soon as possible.
