摘要
针对传统的液压试验系统在工业生产领域控制自动化和网络化程度低等问题,提出了基于物联网的液压试验测控系统。利用PC机的数据处理、PLC数据采集以及精度较高的现场传感元件等,通过互联网资源共享的信息化平台,运用LabVIEW的数据记录与监控技术,实现了远程监测液压试验台的运行状态、自动数据采集、远程数据处理与分析。
In view of the low level of automation and network control in the traditional hydraulic test system in industrial production, a hydraulic test and control system based on the Internet of things was proposed. Using PC s data processing, PLC data acquisition and high-precision on-site sensing components, information platform for Internet resources sharing, and the data recording and monitoring technology of LabVIEW, the remote monitoring of the hydraulic test bench s running status, automatic data acquisition, data processing and analysis was realized.
