探究分析孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂(内舒拿)联合用药治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效被引量：6

摘要目的探讨和分析孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂(内舒拿)联合用药治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法随机选取50例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿,将其平分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组患儿实施孟鲁司特钠与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合用药,对照组患儿单独实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,对比分析两组患儿治疗前后的咳嗽积分以及临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患儿的咳嗽积分均有所下降,且观察组患儿治疗后的咳嗽积分要低于对照组,其差异均具有统计分析的意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率明显要高于对照组,其差异明显(P<0.05)。结论相对于单独实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,对上气道咳嗽综合征患儿实施孟鲁司特钠与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合用药具有更好的临床效果,值得大力推广。
