摘要 呼吸困难是常见危重症主诉之一,系呼吸循环受累的共同表现,是影响重症患者预后的独立危险因素。其发生病因较多,主要包括肺源性、心源性、神经精神性、血源性及中毒性等原因,其中心肺疾患所致的呼吸困难占绝大多数,肺水肿是临床较常见危重征象。目前根据肺水肿性质的不同可分为以下两类.
