摘要
在国家标准的基础上,对长江水样采用常用的5种预处理方法进行处理后,将氨氮检测结果的准确度、精密度进行分析。对离心法和蒸馏法的氨氮检测结果进行t检验对比,结果表明,两种方法无显著性差异,离心法值得在长江水样检测中推广应用。
Based on the national standard,this paper analyzes the accuracy and precision of the results of ammonianitrogen detection after treating the water samples from the Yangtze River with five common methods of pretreatment,to provide comparatively specific data and conclusions for related analysts and further help them more easily judge the necessity of pretreatment as well as choosing appropriate methods. A t-test comparison was also drawn between the results of the ammonia-nitrogen detection,which were obtained by means of centrifuging and distilling respectively. The result of the comparison showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods and the application of centrifuging was worth popularizing in the detection of water samples from the Yangtze River.
