摘要
目的探讨沙盘游戏疗法对老年长期住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响和阴性症状的改善。方法将80例老年长期住院精神分裂症患者,随机抽签分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗及康复训练;研究组患者在此基础上增加每周2次沙盘游戏治疗,总时间为连续30周。用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74),阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定2组患者的治疗效果。结果 2组患者GQOLI-74分比较:治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30周后,在躯体功能、心理功能、负性情感、正性情感、人际交往能力、生活质量等评分方面,研究组患者均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者PANSS评分比较:治疗前2组PANSS各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗30周后,2组患者的阳性症状量表评分方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者的PANSS总分、阴性症状量表分及一般精神病理量表分较对照组均明显下降,并且较治疗前下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏疗法对长期住院的老年慢性精神分裂症患者的心理功能、正性情感、人际交往能力等和阴性症状有明显改善作用,从而提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the effects of group sandplay therapy on the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia and the improvement of negative symptoms.Methods Eighty hospitalized patients with elderly chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional treatment and nursing for 30 weeks;the experimental group was given sandplay therapy two times a week for 30 weeks on that basis.Treatment effects were evaluated by general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)and positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS).Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of GQOLI-74 and PANSS between two groups(P〉0.05).After 30-week intervention,There were significant differences in the scores of physical function,psychological function,negative emotion,positive emotion,interpersonal ability,quality of life,PANSS,negative symptom and general psychopathology between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sandplay therapy can obviously improve the long-term hospitalized elderly chronic schizophrenia patients'mental function,positive emotion and negative symptoms,so as to improve the quality of life.
