摘要
双底吹炉的炼铅工艺影响砷、镉和铊的分布。在炉顶加入还原剂,改变了产品中砷、镉、铊的含量。本文就双底吹炉的炼铅工艺对砷、镉、铊的分布进行了分析。找到了去除有害产物的方法。适时取出生产系统中的有害产物,能防止砷、镉、铊对工人和环境的有害影响。
The lead smelting process of double bottom-blowing furnace effects the distribution of arsenic,cadmium and thallium. The reducing agent is added from the top of furnace,which changed the content of arsenic,cadmium and thallium in the products. The effect on the distribution of arsenic,cadmium and thallium by zinc smelting process of bottom-blowing furnace is analyzed. The removal method for harmful product is found. Taking out the harmful products in the production system in good time can prevent the harmful effect of arsenic,cadmium and thallium to working people and environment.
