摘要
目的探讨兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗酒精型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月?2017年1月我院收治的105例酒精型消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为研究组(52例)和对照组(53例)。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组口服奥美拉唑治疗,研究组口服兰索拉唑治疗,连续治疗4周后评价两组患者的临床疗效、Hp清除率和不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组的Hp清除率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑治疗酒精型消化性溃疡效果均比较显著,但是与奥美拉唑比较,兰索拉唑治疗酒精型消化性溃疡的效果更为突出,安全性更高,能够提高Hp根除率,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of alcoholic peptic ulcer. Methods 105 patients with alcoholic peptic ulcer admitted from Jan 2015 to Jan 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the random number table, all patients were divided into study group （n=52） and control group （n=53）. The patients in the control group were orally treated with omeprazole. The patients in the study group were given lansoprazole orally. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy, Hp clearance rate and adverse reactions were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the study group was higher, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the Hp clearance rate in study group was higher, the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower, the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lansoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of alcoholic peptic ulcer are all significant, but compared with omeprazole, lansoprazole is more effective and safer in treating alcoholic peptic ulcer and can improve the Hp eradication rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
