摘要
应用加温加速实验法,对冠舒片的稳定性进行了实验研究。经化学动力学分析,在室温25℃下,以总黄酮含量为指标,推算其有效期为9.6年。
This paper reports the study on the stability of total flavones in Gusnshu tablet byheating and accelerating method, Taking the total flavone contents of the tablet as the index, the time of validity of Guanshu tablet at room temperature 25℃ is calculated to be 9.6 years by chemical kinetic analysis.
