二维超声联合四维超声在产前胎儿心脏畸形中的诊断价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究二维超声联合四维超声在产前胎儿心脏畸形中的诊断价值。方法:选取本院在2017年1月~2018年1月期间接收并行产前检查的1223名孕妇设为此次研究对象,对疑为心脏畸形的胎儿予以二维超声检查及四维超声检查,并对孕妇予以随访,比较两种检出率及诊断精确性。结果:二维超声联合四维超声诊断检出率为4.01%,明显高于二维超声诊断检出率为2.53%,对比差异显著P<0.05;另外,二维超声联合四维超声的检出精确度为90.74%,二维超声检出精确度为57.41%,相比较差异明显P<0.05。结论:在胎儿心脏畸形产前检查中,运用二维超声联合四维超声诊断,可以取得较高的诊断精确性,能够为临床干预提供可靠依据。 Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal heart malformation. Methods: Our hospital in January 2017 - January 2018 receive parallel antenatal examination during the period of 1223 pregnant women as the research object, the suspected cardiac malformation fetus of two-dimensional ultrasound and the 4 d ultrasound, and follow-up to pregnant women, comparing two detection rate and diagnosis accuracy. Results: The diagnostic detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound was 4.01%, which was significantly higher than that of 2-d ultrasound, and the difference was significant P〈0.05. In addition, the detection accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound was 90.74%, and the accuracy of 2d ultrasound detection was 57.41%, with a significant difference between P〈0.05. Conclusion: In prenatal fetal cardiac malformation, using two-dimensional ultrasound joint four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis, can obtain higher diagnostic accuracy, can provide reliable basis for clinical intervention, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
