摘要
以番茄品种CM966为试验材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理对番茄根形态及光合作用的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫导致番茄叶片的净光合速率下降,NaCl浓度越大降低得越多;盐胁迫降低了番茄叶片的气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度和蒸腾速率,降低了番茄叶片的叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量,上述指标的降低与NaCl浓度呈正相关。说明NaCl胁迫破坏了番茄叶片的光合机能,降低了光合作用效率,且NaCl浓度越大降低得越多。盐胁迫抑制了番茄根系的生长,NaCl浓度越大对番茄根系的抑制越显著,NaCl胁迫对番茄主根长、侧根长、根体积、根表面积、根平均直径均有明显的抑制作用。
Taking the Tomato CM966 as experimental material, the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on tomato roots and the morphology and photosynthesis of tomato were studied. It concluded that the net photosynthetic rate of tomato leaves decreased due to salt stress, and the higher salt stress was, the more rate declined; the salt stress decreased the tomato conductance of the blades,the concentration of CO2,transpiration rate and the chlorophyll a and b in tomato leaves, and the decrease of these indexes was positively correlated with NaCl concentration. The results showed that NaCl stress damaged the photosynthetic function of tomato leaves and decreased the photosynthesis efficiency. The larger concentration of NaCl was the lower rate was. The result showed that NaCl concentration inhibited the growth of tomato roots,and it revealed that the effect was more obvious with the increasing concentrations of NaCl, including the main root's length, the lateral root's length, the root's volume, the root surface area and the diameter of the roots.
