摘要
目的:观察精神科护理中精细化管理的应用效果。方法:采用配对比较法选取2016年1月至2018年1月福州神经精神病防治院收治的精神分裂症患者90例分为接受常规护理管理的对照组及接受精细化管理的观察组,每组45例,对2组应用效果进行观察和比较。结果:观察组护理满意度88.89%、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分(8.98±1.02)分,对照组护理满意度77.78%、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分(12.02±1.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神科护理中应用精细化管理有助于改善患者睡眠质量,提高其对于临床护理工作的满意度,值得推广使用。
Objective： To observe the application effect of fine management in psychiatric nursing. Methods： Using the paired comparison method in 90 cases of the spirit of our hospital in January 2016 ~ 2018 year in January the income of schizophrenic patients were divided into the control group received routine nursing management and meticulous management for observation group with 45 cases in each group, the effect of two groups of applications were observed and compared. Results： The nursing satisfaction was 88. 89% in the observation group,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score was（ 8. 98 ± 1. 02）; the nursing satisfaction was 77. 78% in the control group,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score was（ 12. 02 ± 1. 00）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of fine management in psychiatric nursing is helpful to improve patients＇ sleep quality and improve their satisfaction with clinical nursing work. It is worth popularizing.
