摘要
目的:研究优质护理服务在心血管内科临床护理中的应用。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年1月安溪县医院心血管内科收治的心血管疾病患者82例,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,比较2组护理有效率、护理满意度和患者的睡眠质量。结果:观察组护理总有效率、护理满意度评分以及睡眠质量的优良率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管临床护理中应用优质护理可有效提高护理有效率和患者满意度,提高患者的睡眠质量。
Objective： To study the application of quality nursing service in clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine. Methods： A total of 82 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January2018 were selected as the control group and the observation group according to the principle of randomization,with 41 cases. The control group was given regular care,and the observation group was given high quality care,and compared with the two groups,the nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction and sleeping quality were compared. Results： The total effective rate of nursing care,nursing satisfaction score and the good and excellent rate of sleeping quality were significantly better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The application of high quality nursing in cardiovascular clinical nursing can effectively improve nursing efficiency,patient satisfaction and sleeping quality,and it is worth promoting.
