摘要
目的:观察耳穴压珠治疗更年期失眠症的疗效。方法:选取2015年6月至2017年6月杭州市西溪街道社区卫生服务中心收治的符合诊断标准的更年期失眠症患者96例,随机分为治疗组、对照组、空白对照组,治疗组采用耳穴压珠疗法,对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,空白对照不作任何治疗,2个月后比较治疗前后3组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及睡眠状况自评指数。结果:治疗组在匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分和睡眠状况自评量指数与对照组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),空白对照组未进行任何治疗,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分及睡眠状况自评量指数总分前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本研究结果显示耳穴压珠治疗更年期失眠疗效明显,操作简便、疗效迅速、无痛苦、无创伤、既经济又安全,易被患者接受和在基层推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture on climacteric insomnia. Methods： Ninety six cases of climacteric insomnia treated in the community health service center of Xixi street in Hangzhou from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group,the blank control group. The treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing therapy,the control group was given Estazolam Tablets treatment,the blank control was not treated with any treatment,and 2 months later than the control group. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index and sleep self-assessment index were compared between the 3 groups before and after treatment. Results： The total score of sleep quality index and the self-assessment index of sleep status in the treatment group were similar to those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the total score of sleep self-assessment index before and after（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： The results of this study showed that the auricular point pressing beads had obvious curative effect on menopausal insomnia,simple operation,rapid curative effect,no pain,no trauma,economical and safe,easy to be accepted by patients and popularized at the basic level.
