摘要
目的:分析甜梦口服液结合心理疗法治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年9月沧州安定医院收治的失眠症患者90例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组给予甜梦口服液的药物治疗,观察组在甜梦口服液基础上结合心理疗法。结果:通过比较,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组;且观察组患者治疗前后社会功能缺陷得分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予失眠症患者甜梦口服液结合心理疗法能够取得良好治疗效果,其有助于改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生命质量,促进患者疾病的康复,因此,该治疗方法值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Tianmeng oral liquid combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of insomnia. Methods： Ninety cases of insomnia treated in Cangzhou diazepam hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the medicine treatment of sweet dream oral liquid,and the observation group was combined with psychotherapy on the basis of sweet dream oral liquid. Results： By comparison,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of social function defect in the observation group was better than that in the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of insomnia patients with sweet dream oral liquid combined with psychotherapy can help to improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of the patientsundefined disease. Therefore,the treatment method should be popularized in clinical practice.
