摘要
目的:探讨术前不同时间口服磷酸钠盐溶液进行肠道准备时对患者夜间睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2014年7月至2015年10月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的选择术前需要肠道准备的择期手术患者360例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组180例,均用磷酸钠盐口服溶液45 m L加温开水250 m L后服用,进行肠道准备,观察组术前1 d 16:00服用;对照组术前1d 19:00服用。应用国际上常用的Athens失眠量表评价2组患者手术前晚睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组Athens评分显著低于对照组,观察组当晚夜间睡眠时间≥6.5 h的人数达96.1%,对照组为34.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:术前1d 6:00口服磷酸钠盐口服溶液进行肠道准备为最佳的肠道准备时间。既保证肠道清洁质量,同时保证睡眠质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of oral sodium phosphate solution on night sleep quality in patients with intestinal tract preparation at different times before operation. Methods： From July 2014 to October 2015,360 patients admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region peopleundefineds Hospital were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 180） and control group（ n = 180）. All patients were treated with 45 m L sodium phosphate oral solution and250 m L boiling water for intestinal preparation. The observation group was taken at 16： 00 on the first day before operation and the control group at 19： 00 on the first day before operation. The Athens insomnia scale was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups before operation. Results： The Athens score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The number of those who slept more than 6. 5 hours in the observation group was 96. 1 and 34. 4 in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： One day before operation,oral sodium phosphate oral solution was the best preparation time for bowel preparation at 6： 00 before operation. Not only to ensure the quality of intestinal cleanliness,but also to ensure the quality of sleep.
