摘要
目的了解广东省手足口病中医药治疗的应用情况并探讨其影响因素。方法通过分层抽样,对广东省开展儿科业务的医院进行有关手足病中医药开展情况问卷调查。使用频数和百分比描述中医药开展具体情况,运用卡方分析比较不同医院属性的中医药治疗开展率。结果共调查72家医院,仅32家(44.44%)开展了手足口病中医药治疗,中成药口服(38.89%)和针剂(22.22%)是最常用的中医药治疗措施,仅12家(16.67%)进行辨证分型,3家(4.17%)医院在重症患儿中运用中医药治疗。中医儿科医生是影响手足口病中医药治疗开展的唯一因素(χ~2=21.72,P=0.00)。结论广东省手足口病的中医药治疗应用尚未普及,亟需加快中医儿科医生队伍的建设,以促进广东省手足口病中西医结合治疗方案广泛实施。
Objective To investigate the situation and influence factors of Chinese medicine treatments for hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD） in Guangdong. Methods Stratified sampling was used in this study,and self-designed questionnaires were distributed to the pediatric department of hospitals in Guangdong.Frequency and percentage were used to describe the situation of Chinese medicine treatments, and chisquare analysis was used to compare the rate of Chinese medicine treatment among different hospitals.Results A total of 72 hospitals were recruited, and only 32（ 44. 44%） hospitals used Chinese medicine treatments for HFMD. Oral Chinese medicine（ 38.89%） and injection（ 22.22%） were the most commonly used treatments,only 12（ 16.67%） hospitals applied pattern identification in HFMD treatment,and three（ 4.17%） hospitals employed Chinese medicine in severe patients. Chinese medicine pediatricians were the only factor that influences the application of Chinese medicine treatment for HFMD（ χ^2= 21.72,P = 0.00）.Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment for HFMD is not satisfied in Guangdong. Interventions should be taken to speed up the construction of the pediatrician team of traditional Chinese medicine,for improving integration of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of HFMD.
