摘要
应用自主研发的FRP布张拉装置,开展了不同工况下的预应力BFRP布加固压力钢管线试验。考察环氧树脂胶涂抹位置的变化及预应力施加完毕后卸除张拉装置对钢管线加固效果的影响规律。结果表明:研发的张拉装置能有效施加预应力于BFRP布,可实现压力钢管线的有效加固;在弹性受力阶段,环氧树脂胶涂抹位置的变化对压力钢管环向应变的影响不明显;在确保环氧树脂胶施工质量及养护时间的前提下,移除张拉装置对压力钢管环向应变的影响较小,可实现FRP布张拉装置的循环利用。
Based on the FRP cloth tensioning device developed by the research group,the experimental study was carried out on the prestressed BFRP reinforcement penstock under different working conditions.The factors which influence the reinforcement effect of the steel pipe were researched,such as the change in the position of epoxy resin adhesive and the influence of the tensioning device removal on the reinforcement effect of the steel pipe after the prestress is applied. The results show that the tensioning device can exert prestressing force on the BFRP cloth,and pressure steel pipe can be strengthened effectively. The influence of the change of epoxy resin coating position on the hoop strain of the pressure steel tube is not obvious at the elastic stress stage. On the condition of ensuring the construction quality and curing time of the epoxy resin,the removal of the tension device has less influence on the hoop strain of the pressure steel pipe and can realize the cyclic utilization of the FRP cloth tensioning device.
