摘要
通过分析现阶段普遍采用的雨洪管理措施,总结其利弊,在我国提出"海绵城市"的大背景下,分析我国古代在管理水资源问题上采取的办法以及借鉴国外成功的案例,提出更为合理全面的解决城市洪水内涝的方法,应该立足城市甚至更广阔的区域,统筹规划城市水系、绿地,结合各类雨洪管理设施保证城市水安全、降低污染、防治内涝。
Through analysis of commonly used current stormwater management measures,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,under the big background of ＂sponge city＂in China. Analysis of the measures in the management of water resources in ancient China and the foreign successful cases,put forward a more reasonable method to fully solve the city flood waterlogging. It should be based on a city or even wider area,the overall planning of city water system,green space,combined with various types of stormwater management facilities to ensure the city water safety,reduce pollution,prevent waterlogging.
