摘要
目的挖掘和分析针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎取穴配伍规律。方法收集并筛选中国知网(CNKI)数据库中近10年所有针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的文献,并将其穴位逐一录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),对穴位进行频次统计、归经统计、关联规则处方规律分析、聚类新处方分析。结果共纳入57条治疗慢性前列腺炎的穴位处方,穴位共68个,确定了处方中穴位出现的频次及归经、常用穴位组合的关联规则,聚类获得8个穴位核心组合、4个新穴位处方。结论针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎主要以足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足阳明胃经腧穴为主,使用频次前5位的穴位有中极、三阴交、关元、阴陵泉、肾俞,使用频次最高的对穴是中极-三阴交,并聚类获得新的针灸处方,为临床针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎提供参考。
Objective： To explore and analyze the law for combination of acupoints in treating chronic prostatitis.Methods： We collected and selected the literatures on chronic prostatitis treated by acupuncture for nearly 10 years from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI） database,and imported the every acupoints to Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） inheritance auxiliary platform（ V2. 5）. The frequency of acupoints,therapeutic targets of acupoints,associate rules in prescription and cluster analysis in new scription were evaluated. Results： A total of 57 types of acupoint prescriptions for treating chronic prostatitis were included,68 acupoints in total. According to frequency,target,associate rules and cluster analysis,we got 8 key combinations of acupoints and 4 new prescriptions in acupuncture.Conclusion： The foot bladder meridian,ren channel and stomach channel of foot yangming acupoints play a role in treating chronic prostatitis by acupuncture. The top 5 points are Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Yinlingquan,Shenyu and the most frequent pair points are Zhongjiao-Sanyinjiao. A new acupuncture prescription is obtained by clustering,which provides a reference for clinical acupuncture treatment in chronic prostatitis.
