摘要
档案管理工作是对历史资料进行收集、整理、保管、利用的相关工作,而档案统计则是了解、认识和掌握档案工作总体情况的一种重要工作手段,两者的结合是科学促进档案工作的利器。然而,在实际工作中,档案统计的作用并没有得到充分的发挥,特别是高校的档案统计工作成为档案管理工作中的一个薄弱环节。通过分析当前高校开展档案统计工作存在的不足,提出改进的对策和措施。
File management is related to the collection, sorting, storage, and use of historical data.The archives statistics is an important working method for understanding and mastering the overall situation of archives work. The combination of the file management and the archives statistics work is a useful tool for the scientific promotion of the archives work. However, in actual work, the role of archive statistics has not been fully utilized. In particular, the statistical work of colleges and universities has become a weak link in file management. Through the analysis of the current insufficiency of the archives statistics work in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the improved countermeasures.
