摘要
基于F.E.M.1.004标准风载计算,利用有限元分析方法,设计了新型曲面结构自动化轨道吊,可降低起重机风载、减少大车驱动机构、达到减重和降低轮压的目的;比较了曲面结构和箱体结构轨道吊的风载、重量、大车驱动以及轮压,可为曲面结构在起重机上的应用提供参考。
Based on F.E.M. 1.004 wind loads calculation,the new curved surface structure of automatic stacking crane( ASC) is designed by using finite element method. The wind load is reduced and gantry driving mechanism can be omitted for reducing the weight and wheel load. The wind load,weight,gantry driving mechanism and wheel load between curved surface and box crane are contrasted,which provides reference for study on curved surface structure of crane.
