摘要
用硫酸-苯酚法和硫酸-变色酸法测定了乌头及其炮制品以及它们的粗多糖的含糖量。结果表明:炮制过程中乌头各部分提取液的含糖量均有不同程度的下降。两种方法测得的结果基本接近。
Sugar contents in Radix Aconiti and its processed products were determined by phenol-H_2SO_4 method and chromotropic acid-H_SO_4 method, and found to decrease in various degrees during processing. The results given by the two methods are similar.
