摘要
目的 为确保开展自体肺组织瓣行气管重建的研究和实施 ,探索与此项新技术相适应的手术配合要点。方法 通过对 2 4只动物犬行自体肺组织瓣气管、支气管修补、重建术动物实验手术配合 ,总结、提纯、修订了手术中需要准备的特殊物品、器械、手术步骤、配合要点及手术期间采取的各项措施。结果 2 4只动物犬实验手术配合及3例患者经肺组织瓣行气管重建手术配合均获成功。结论 应用自体肺组织瓣行气管重建术技术可靠 ,手术配合要点和各项措施切实可行 。
Objectives\ To ensure scientific discussion of tracheal reconstruction using pulmonary flap be studied and implemented in our thoracic department,and investigate operational cooperative essentials to fit this new technique.Methods\ Such operation as pulmonary flap replacing trachea,bronchiole repairing and reconstruction were done in 24 experimental dogs.We summarized and revised special articles,apparatus,operational steps and cooperative essentials in experimental operation and all kinds of measures.Results\ 24 animals and 3 patients finished this kind of operation.The operational cooperations in operations were successfully.Conclusion\ The technique of trachea rebuilding using pulmorary flap is reliable and cooperation esseatials and all kinds of steps in operation are practical.Thus provide gratantee for new technique research and use till succeed at last.
