摘要
目的观察三七白及散配合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法以随机法将本院2015年4月—2018年1月收治的40例消化性溃疡分成两组。给予四联疗法治疗的20例患者作为对照组,予以三七白及散+四联疗法治疗的20例患者作为治疗组。治疗1个疗程后,观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者的有效率为95.00%(19/20),较对照组的75.00%(15/20)更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后住院时长、体征消失时长、溃疡痊愈时长等对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗消化性溃疡,联用三七白及散与四联疗法展开治疗,效果确切。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of pseudo-ginseng rhizoma bletillae powder combined with quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods 40 cases of peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients treated with staphylococcus tetragenus quadruple therapy were used as control group. 20 patients treated with pseudo-ginseng rhizoma bletillae powder combined with quadruple therapy were selected as the treatment group. After 1 course of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was observed. After one course of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%（19/20）, which was higher than 75.00%（15/20） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The length of stay in the treatment group, the length of disappearance of the physical signs, and the length of recovery of the ulcer in the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of peptic ulcer combined with pseudo-ginseng rhizoma bletillae powder combined with quadruple therapy is effective.
