摘要
目的探讨新型强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的有效性及临床心得。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月收治的90例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象。采用数字表法分组。对照组采用药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,给予新型强脉冲光治疗。比较两组黄褐斑治疗总有效率;皮损消失时间、皮损颜色淡化时间;干预前后患者皮损症状积分、皮损面积。结果观察组黄褐斑治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮损消失时间、皮损颜色淡化时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组皮损症状积分、皮损面积对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组皮损症状积分、皮损面积优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的有效性高,可有效改善皮损情况,促进皮损颜色淡化和消退,缩短疗程,效果肯定。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical experience of a new type of intense pulsed light in the treatment of chloasma. Methods90 patients with chloasma were grouped by digital table from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study objects. The control group was treated with drugs, and the observation group was given a new type of strong pulse light therapy on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of two groups of chloasma was compared, the loss time of skin lesions, the time of skin lesion color desalination, and the symptom score and skin lesion area of the patients before and after intervention. Results The total effective rate of chloasma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The skin loss time and skin desalination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the score of skin lesions and the area of lesion between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the symptom score and skin lesion area in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe new intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of chloasma, it can effectively improve the skin lesions, promote skin desalination and fade, shorten the course of treatment, and is effective.
