摘要
目的探讨小儿癫痫患者采用康复护理治疗的效果及安全性。方法从2016年1—12月我院收治的小儿癫痫患者中选取68例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组采用康复护理措施,对小儿癫痫患者的治疗效果及满意度进行对比分析。结果研究组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理治疗在小儿癫痫患者中具有很好的治疗效果,能够减少不良反应事件的发生情况,安全性高。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of rehabilitation nursing for children with epilepsy. Methods From January to December 2016, 68 cases of children with epilepsy were selected in our hospital. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given rehabilitation nursing measures. The treatment effect and satisfaction degree of children with epilepsy were comparatively analyzed. Results The effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）, and the adverse reactions in the group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment in children with epilepsy patients have very good treatment effect, can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, high safety.
