摘要
目的应用快速康复外科护理措施对外科手术患者围术期进行干预及系统评价干预情况、干预效果,分析快速康复外科护理在组织实施等方面的现状及问题。方法参照2014年3月至2016年3月国内外公开发表的快速康复外科相关护理措施进行优化组合并遵循干预措施的评价标准,对手术后患者首次排气、进流质、下地活动时间以及住院天数、住院费用、并发症、死亡率或病人满意度等方面进行比较。结果通过制定快速康复外科护理措施,对多个领域,几十余种手术研究在进行快速康复外科护理干预后患者的首次排气、进流质、最早下地活动时间、住院天数、住院费用、并发症、死亡率或病人满意度等方面显示较之传统围手术期护理存在显著差异(P<0.05),有明显的优越性。结论快速康复外科适应护理学的发展,应用显著效果,改进医、护理质量,对临床护理路径开展提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To place the intervention on surgical patients during the perioperative period with fast track surgery nursing measures published at home and abroad,systematically evaluate the intervention and its effect,and to analyze the current status and problems in the implementation of fast track surgery nursing. Methods By Optimizing the fast track surgery nursing measures published at home and abroad from March 2014 to March 2016 and following the evaluation standard of intervention,we compared the first time of exhaust,liquid intake,and ambulation,hospitalization days,cost of hospitalization,complications,mortality and satisfaction of patients after surgery. Results There was significant difference in the first time of exhaust,liquid intake,and ambulation,hospitalization days,cost of hospitalization,complications,mortality and patient satisfaction between patients with fast track surgery nursing and those with traditional perioperative nursing after dozens of kinds of surgery in many fields（P〈0. 05）,which showed therewere obvious advantages in fast track surgery nursing. Conclusion Fast track surgery is suitable for the development of nursing with the significant effect. It can improve the quality of medicine and nursing,and provide a reliable basis for the development of clinical nursing pathway.
