一起换流站交流滤波器用断路器合闸失败案例分析 被引量:1

摘要 换流站交流滤波器支路需要频繁投切满足无功平衡需求,导致了该支路断路器操作次数多,故障概率大,目前已有多起断路器爆炸事故报道,但故障机理尚未明确。本文基于某换流站交流滤波器用断路器实际合闸故障案例,描述了故障过程和故障后现场检查情况,从合闸电流幅值、相对合闸时间差和分闸电流等不同角度分析了故障前断路器的运行状况并统计了其变化规律,探讨了基于单纯电气量实施断路器运行状态评价的可行性及存在的技术挑战。 The real-time reactive power balance in HVDC substation requires frequent switching of circuit breaker (CB) in AC filter branch. So it is easy to cause the failure of CB. In this paper, a true CB failure case is present, the fault report and scene inspection status are described at first, and then the pre-fault conditions of CB are analyzed from different viewpoints, including the closing currents' amplitudes, differences of relative closing time and magnitudes of CB opening currents. At last, the possibility and existing technical challenges of CB operation status evaluation based on real-time monitoring data are discussed.
