摘要
建立微波消解-ICP-MS测定稻谷中镉的方法,利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计比对分析。样品加5 mL硝酸、1 mL双氧水经185℃微波消解后,分别用ICP-MS和石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计检测,根据测试结果评价2016年秋季收获期常州稻谷的镉污染情况。结果表明:该方法在0~2.0μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),在0.01μg、0.02μg、0.03μg、0.04μg添加水平时的平均回收率在96.50~102.12%范围内,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.22%~0.46%(n=4)范围内,检出限为0.002 3μg/L;2016年秋季常州地区稻谷镉含量未见超标。该方法简便、结果稳定可靠,适合于大批量稻谷中镉含量的快速测定。
A method for the determination of Cd in paddy by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion was established,which was compared by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.When the detection conditions were obtained as follows:5 mL HNO3 and 1 mL H2 O2 were taken as digestion liquid for digesting by microwave in185℃,tested by ICP-MS and GFAAS,and then used to assess the Cd infection conditions of paddy in Changzhou,2016.The linear range of the developed method is 0-2.0μg/L,and the detection limit is 0.002 3μg/L.The relative standard deviations of determination results are 0.22%-0.46%(n=4).The average recovery rates are 96.50%-102.12%.The content of Cd in paddy is not exceeding the standard in Changzhou city,autumn,2016.This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and suitable for the determination of Cd in paddy.
