小剂量地高辛、卡托普利、美托洛尔、螺内酯联用治疗老年心力衰竭 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨老年人慢性心力衰竭 (CHF)长期服药途径。方法 :小剂量地高辛 (0 .12 5mg·d- 1)、卡托普利 (5 0mg·d- 1)、美托洛尔 (0 .12 5mg·d- 1)、螺内酯 (40mg·d- 1)联合服用 6mon ,观察用药前后的心功能状况 ,心率及左室射血分数的变化。结果 :服药6mon ,6 2例心力衰竭病人心脏功能状况改善总有效率达 70 .9% ,心率减慢有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;LVEF改善有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在常规抗心衰治疗基础上 ,用小剂量地高辛、卡托普利、美托洛尔、螺内酯四药长期联合治疗 ,可明显改善患者心脏功能 ,提高生存质量。
