摘要
通过盆栽试验测定了河北省18个品种小麦经不同剂量啶磺草胺处理后鲜质量和分蘖数的变化。结果表明,济麦22和山农17对啶磺草胺最为敏感,GR_(50)比值为1.90~4.04,且分蘖减少;其次为北农9549、中麦175、石新733、藁优2018,GR_(50)比值为1.00~3.83,但分蘖数明显增加;良星66、石麦16、沧麦119、石麦18、河农827、石麦21、科农199、衡7228、石麦15、保麦10号敏感性较弱,GR_(50)比值为5.34~7.84,分蘖数明显增加;河农825、石新828耐药性最强,GR_(50)比值为11.98~13.19,分蘖数明显增加。
Fresh weight and tiller number of 18 different wheat cultivars in Hebei province treated with different dosage of pyroxsulam were tested by pot experiment. The results showed that Jimai22 and Shannong17 were most sensitive to pyroxsulam with GR(50) ratios ranged from 1.90 to 4.04, and the tiller number reduced. Beinong9549, Zhongmai175,Shixin733 and Gaoyou2018 were in the second class with GR(50) ratios ranged from 1.00 to 3.83, and the tillers increased.Liangxing66, Shimai16, Cangmai119, Shimai18, Henong827, Shimai21, Kenong199, Heng7228, Shimai15 and Baomai10 were in the third class with GR(50) ratios ranged from 5.34 to 7.84, and the tillers increased. Henong825 and Shixin828 were most tolerant to pyroxsulam with GR(50) ratios ranged from 11.98 to 13.19, and the tillers also increased.
