摘要
大学生培育和践行友善价值观具有重要意义,良好的法律素质是大学生培育和践行友善价值观的动力源泉。当前大学生法律素质欠缺的具体表现有知晓相关法律法规的基本规定,但又往往理解不全面、不准确;知行不够统一。增强法律素质促进大学生培育和践行友善价值观是一个系统工程,需大学生自身、大学、国家、社会多管齐下,共同努力才能达到目的。
It is of great significance to cultivate and practice the values on friendliness and kindness for college students, and excellent legal quality is the origin of impetus for them to do so. Currently, the legal quality for college students is inadequate in the following aspects： knowing the basic rules related to the laws and regulations with in-comprehensive and in-accurate understanding, the lack of unification between knowing and practice. It is a systematic engineering to enhance the legal quality and promote the cultivation and practice of values on friendliness and kindness of college students, and it requires the joint efforts at the same time of college students, colleges and universities, country and society to achieve the aim.
