摘要 产品质量是家具企业建立口碑和品牌的重要基础之一,是消费者在追求产品性价比道路上的重要指标。本文以某一家具企业电商销售产品为研究对象,通过分析电商销售环境中产品包装、销售和物流特征,调查与研究其销售流程和物流环节出现的产品质量关键点,分析和探讨影响产品质量的主要因素,并提出行之有效的解决方法,提高电商环境中家具产品的质量。 Product quality is one of the important bases for furniture enterprises to establish the word of mouth and brand.It is also an important index for consumers to pursue the cost-effective road of products.The ecommerce sales furniture products of a furniture enterprise were taken as examples.By analyzing the characteristics of product packaging,sales and logistics in the e-commerce environment,the key points of product quality in the sales process and logistics sections were investigated and studied.The main factors affecting the quality of the product were analyzed and discussed.The effective solutions to improve the quality of furniture products in the e-business environment were put forward.
