摘要
随着城市人口不断增长,住房资源越来越紧缺,购房对于更多人来说都显得尤为艰难,而小空间住宅却成为普通家庭的新宠儿和过渡阶段的最佳选择。根据这一热潮,笔者通过调研南京新楼盘和老小区的情况,了解小户型在楼盘中所占的比例及分布情况,概括总结出小户型的特点和发展趋势。又针对小户型用户开展调研,分析主要购买人群、购买原因以及购买小户型人群对于室内陈设方面的期待等,实时反映当前小户型的发展动态。
As the continuous growth of urban population,housing resources are becoming more and more scarcer.It’s much more difficult for people to purchase houses.At the same time,the small apartment has become the best choice of the ordinary family and people on the transition stage.The proportion and distribution of the small apartment in the buildings were investigated through the investigation of the new building and old district.The characteristics and development trend of the small apartment were summarized.In addition,the survey on small family users was conducted in aspects of the main buyers,reasons for purchase,and the expectations of indoor furnishings.The development trend of the small apartment in 2018 was reflected in real time.
