基于ABAQUS的层积异型座椅受力分析 被引量:10

摘要 家具与人们的生活、工作息息相关,层积异型木家具更因其优美的造型和良好的功能性得到当代人的青睐。但目前异型木家具尺寸设计多依靠经验,缺乏精确的设计依据。为保证应力集中部位的承载性能,避免常见尺寸富余、材料浪费和提高材料利用率,笔者以不同尺寸的层积材作为座椅的弯曲构件,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对静载状态下座椅异型弯曲构件进行快速、非破坏性的得到不同尺寸构件的应力分布状态,并对异型构件的规格尺寸进行优化,以期为异型构件的节材设计提供参考。 Furniture is relevant to people's life and work.The laminated wood furniture is favored by contemporary people thanks to its beautiful shape and good functionality.But at present,the size design of the wood furniture with abnormal shape is based on the experience and lacks of accurate design basis.In order to ensure the bearing capacity of the stress concentrated parts,reduce the common abundant dimensions and the wastefulness of material,and improve the material utilization rate,the various sizes of the laminated veneer lumber were used as the bending parts of the seat.Using the ABAQUS finite element software,the rapid and non-destructive analysis of the special bending member of the seat under static load is carried out,the stress distribution state of the different size components is obtained,and the size of the special-shaped component is optimized in order to provide reference for the design of the joint material for the special-shaped component.
