摘要
阐述了电流变隔振器的工作原理。通过建立系统的物理杠杆模型 ,对电流变隔振器的隔振性能作了理论分析与动态仿真 ,确定了影响其特性的主要因素。从理论的角度证明了电流变隔振器在低、高频段均有良好的隔振效果 ,能有效地避免系统的共振并降低传递力的幅值 ,适用于发动机的宽频带振动的隔离。
This paper mainly describes working principle of an ER isolator. By building the mechanical lever model, performances of the isolator are theoretically analyzed and dynamically simulated, and the main factors influencing the ER isolator working properties are ascertained. In conclusion, it proves that the ER isolator has better isolation abilities in both of low and high frequency zones. It can avoid resonance and efficiently decrease the amplitude of the force transmitted. It is ideal for the isolation of multi-frequency vibrations of an engine.
