摘要
以火灾调查的基本理论为指导,通过对火灾勘验前、中、后可能导致物证损毁的原因进行分析,从现场保护、提取方法、保管措施、人员素质和制度等方面提出了避免各类物证损毁的预防措施和方法。
Guided by the basic theory of fire investigation and through analyzing the possible causes of physical evidence spoliation before fire scene examination, the author proposed prevention measures to avoid all kinds of evidence contamination from the aspects of scene protection,evidence extracting methods,evidence preservation,personnel quality and job procedures.
