摘要
通过对 Y715 0 D锥面砂轮磨齿机磨削过程的分析 ,分析了砂轮与工件的运动 ,进而讨论砂轮在磨削过程中金属磨除率及其变化情况 ,导出瞬时金属磨除率的计算公式。这对于研究磨削力、避免磨削裂纹。
In this paper, the grinding process of the Y7150D grinding teeth machine of the cone shaped grinding wheel was analyzed.The movement of the grinding wheel and the workpiece were discussed.Then the formula of metal removing rate in the grinding process was obtained. The result is very important for determining grinding forces and avoiding crack and burn in grinding.
