摘要
提出了一种混联型虚拟轴机床的新结构 ,该新型虚拟轴机床具有工作空间大、可实现姿态角大、位置与姿态解耦等优点。以该虚拟轴机床为对象 ,基于 3DS环境和 MAXScript脚本语言开发平台 ,在虚拟环境下进行了样机的实体建模、运动学仿真和干涉分析。为检查机床结构设计中的动静态干涉问题、验证轨迹规划的合理性。
A structure scheme for a new type of hybrid virtual axis machine tool (VAMT) is proposed in this paper. This type VAMT enjoys some advantages over its conventional counterparts:large workspace,good dexterity,decoupling of position and orientation etc.Solid modelling,kinematic simulation and interference analysis for the prototype of VAMT are implemented in virtual environment based on 3D MAX software and MAXScript language desktop. Reliable judgements can be provided by the simulation system for checking interference,verifying rationality for machining parameter and path planning,and evaluating machinability of parts.
